Find twelve stations, observe the surroundings and solve each puzzle together.

How much does the tour cost?

The tour is free.

When does the Festival of Lights 2026 take place?

From 9 to 18 October 2026. The puzzle tour is independent of the daily illumination times.

Can I play the tour during the day?

Yes. The complete tour can be played during the day.

Where does the tour start and finish?

The tour starts at St. Mary’s Church and finishes at Marx-Engels Forum. The route is circular, with the finish around 240 metres from the starting point.

How long does the mission take?

Allow around 90 minutes for the 3 km route with its 12 puzzles.

What do I need?

A smartphone with the myOutdoorEscape app and sufficient battery. Open the tour under “I want to play” and start it together as a team.
